The Senior Director Compliance and Privacy Sr Director Compliance and Privacy is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and ongoing effectiveness of the organization#s Compliance Program. This position ensures alignment with applicable federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.# # Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), the Senior Director serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and key stakeholders, providing oversight of compliance operations, risk management activities, and investigative functions. This role plays a critical part in fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct across the organization. # Annual Salary Range: $182,104.00 - $291,366.40 This position is onsite#not remote.# # Qualifications Education: Bachelor#s Degree required. Advanced degree (e.g., MPH, MBA, JD, or related field) preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive compliance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated success developing, implementing, or enhancing enterprise compliance programs. Certification/Licensure: Certification in Health Care Compliance and Privacy (CHC, CHPC) required. Knowledge, Skills # Abilities: Extensive knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including CMS, OIG guidance, HRSA, HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and False Claims Act. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
