Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Sr. Digital Project Manager – AEM/CMS Delivery | Financial Services for their New York, NY/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
Own integrated delivery across the engagement, serve as the primary onsite point of contact and ensure work is prioritized, staffed, governed and completed against the refresh and launch calendar.
Establish the integrated delivery plan, governance cadence, intake process, assignment model and reporting standards.
Partner with Product leadership to prioritize work and translate the roadmap into weekly execution plans.
Coordinate across Product, Design, Technology, Legal, third parties and Vendor Management.
Manage scope, capacity, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and escalations.
Oversee launch readiness, production sign-off and hypercare coverage for major release dates.
Ensure the offshore team receives clear work packages, context, access and timely decisions.
Provide concise weekly reporting covering accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, decisions and capacity.
Lead knowledge transfer and orderly roll-off by the end of the engagement.
Requirements:
