Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sr. Digital Product Manager.

This is an opportunity with NYU Langone Healths cutting-edge digital team as a Digital Product Manager.You will be a part of a large healthcare organization, but in a department whose culture is similar to that in tech. You will be responsible for improving the digital experience, through the conception, development, launch, and iterative improvement of products providing the underlying data services that drive our world class patient digital experience . This includes but is not limited to our provider data hub, provider location architecture, and integration services supporting the public web and online scheduling. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to digital product innovation across our clinical, research and education missions.

NYU Langone has heavily invested in digital capabilities and innovation across patient, workforce, research, and clinical experience areas. To design, engineer, and deliver innovative products in the digital health landscape, we are looking for a Digital Product Manager. Product Managers at NYU Langone are expected to have a digital product development background, UX sensibility, and the ability to meaningfully contribute to the design and delivery of custom, SAAS, and enterprise solutions. You will report to the Director of Digital Products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads day to day planning, prioritization, execution, operational maintenance for full product/experience (multiple streams of work)
• Leads 1 or more product delivery pods (currently, Provider Data Management, Web Services, and Faculty Scheduling) to execute against product roadmaps (e.g. engineers/QA)
• Builds organizational knowledge and develops relationships with business and operational partners
• Maintains product roadmap and strategy documentation and navigates prioritization and product decision making with stakeholders and development teams
• Conducts technology or product assessments for competitive analysis Establishes and measures product success criteria and metrics
• Develops solutions to problems by collaborating as needed with cross-functional partners across the organization (Operations, Marketing, Communications, Clinical, Analytics, Security, UX/Design) and across IT product areas
• May supervisor others, including contractors

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 years of experience working as part of a digital product team.
• Adept at translating product strategies into delivery roadmaps.
• Experience leading an agile product development team to deliver products aligned to business strategy and user needs.
• Experience facilitating the digital product development lifecycle (e.g., product vision, feature prioritization, documenting and driving requirements, and product testing, launch, analytics, and maintenance).
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Ability to navigate across distributed teams and apply sound judgement through ambiguity.
• Demonstrated practical application of advanced analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience soliciting, interpreting and applying user and stakeholder feedback to shape products and features.
  Mastery of product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Clickup, etc.) to lead delivery teams, manage documentation, and track progress against the roadmap.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $121,792.21 - $183,456.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
