Our client is a leading marketing agency specializing in digital campaigns and brand engagement. The company partners with major clients to deliver personalized and innovative marketing solutions. Our client is seeking a Sr. Digital Designer (Campaigns) on a full-time/direct hire basis to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$90k - $105k

Position Overview:
The Sr. Digital Designer (Campaigns) will create highly customized digital campaigns, primarily focused on email marketing. The role requires strong design skills combined with technical understanding to build personalized HTML email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience working with recognizable brands and delivering tailored digital content.

Responsibilities of the Sr. Digital Designer (Campaigns):
  • Design and develop digital campaigns with a focus on email marketing.
  • Build custom HTML emails tailored to individual users, including dynamic content such as names, points earned, and shopping locations.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Technical teams to ensure campaign accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Use design tools such as Figma or Sketch to create email layouts and assets.
  • Work on campaigns primarily for high-profile clients like American Express.
  • Ensure designs meet brand standards and campaign goals.
  • Maintain awareness of digital design trends and best practices.
Required Experience/Skills for the Sr. Digital Designer (Campaigns):
  • 4+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong focus on email campaigns.
  • Proficiency in creating custom HTML emails (understanding of coding principles, not necessarily coding).
  • Experience using Figma or Sketch for design creation.
  • Background in agency or in-house roles working with recognizable brands.
  • Ability to integrate personalized and dynamic content into email designs.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Sr. Digital Designer (Campaigns):
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools.
  • Understanding of user experience principles in digital campaigns.
  • Experience working on campaigns for financial or loyalty programs.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
