Responsibilities: of the Sr. DevOps Engineer: • Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes-based deployment platforms supporting scalable cloud-native applications. • Develop and manage GitOps workflows utilizing ArgoCD and other deployment automation tools. • Create and maintain "golden paths" that enable engineering teams to efficiently deploy and operate applications on the platform. • Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve developer experience, platform adoption, and operational excellence. • Implement automation, monitoring, and reliability improvements across infrastructure and application environments. Qualifications: of the Sr. DevOps Engineer: • 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles. • Strong background in object-oriented programming prior to transitioning into DevOps or infrastructure engineering. • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and modern deployment systems in production environments. • Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) and creating self-service tooling or platform standards. • Knowledge of cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
