    Senior AI Software Engineer

    Overview
    We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-enabled software delivery capabilities. This role focuses on developing reusable platform services, AI-powered workflows, and engineering tools that improve how software is built, tested, secured, and deployed across the organization.

    What You'll Do
    • Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions.
    • Build AI-enabled and agentic workflows that support modern software delivery practices.
    • Develop reusable platform capabilities, APIs, integrations, and automation services.
    • Integrate AI-driven functionality into established developer tools and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Support software testing, security, monitoring, and production-readiness initiatives.
    • Identify technical risks and help drive resolution of critical issues.
    • Contribute to evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI-powered capabilities.
    • Mentor junior developers and contribute technical leadership on project initiatives.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver solutions that improve productivity and reduce manual effort across the software development lifecycle.
    Required Qualifications
    • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience.
    • 2+ years of experience building AI-enabled or Agentic Software solutions.
    • 4+ years of Platform Engineering and/or DevSecOps experience.
    • Experience leading significant portions of one or more large software implementation projects.
    • Strong understanding of software design, development, testing, and deployment practices.
    • Ability to work in a highly collaborative engineering environment.
