Sr Desktop Support

Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, Exchange Admin Center (EAC), and endpoint management solutions. Provide advanced end-user technology support for desktops, laptops, applications, peripherals, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 environments, including executive-level support.

Pay rate is $40 to $42 per hour

Experience supporting a law firm or other highly regulated professional services organization is a strong plus.

Support enterprise end-user technology operations and a large-scale Microsoft Teams migration initiative. This role will provide advanced technical support across collaboration platforms, endpoint management, desktop technologies, mobility solutions, and workplace infrastructure in a highly collaborative enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Support Microsoft Teams migration efforts, including user onboarding, configuration, troubleshooting, adoption support, and issue resolution across the enterprise.
• Provide advanced end-user technology support for desktops, laptops, applications, peripherals, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 environments, including executive-level support.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, Exchange Admin Center (EAC), and endpoint management solutions.
• Support mobile device management (MDM), device provisioning, access management, security policies, and enterprise endpoint configurations.
• Troubleshoot workplace technology issues involving VoIP/telecommunications systems, LAN connectivity, user networking, hardware, and software environments.
• Partner with infrastructure and technology teams to resolve complex technical issues, support IDF room equipment, and assist with basic network infrastructure activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced enterprise environment while managing multiple priorities, supporting business users, and participating in after-hours support when required.

Required Experience:

• Enterprise IT support experience with strong Microsoft 365, Teams, Active Directory, Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint management experience.
• Experience supporting large corporate environments; legal, financial services, or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to support users at all levels.
