Sr. Database Developer (SQL)

Join a development team building and supporting Microsoft SQL Server solutions across production and development environments. This senior-level role focuses on database development, performance, security, and integration while providing technical guidance to less experienced team members.

What You'll Do

• Design scalable SQL Server databases, data models, and schemas.

• Develop and maintain T-SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune database performance.

• Implement database security, access controls, encryption, and auditing.

• Partner with developers on data integrations and ETL pipelines.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship as needed.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years developing Windows and/or web-based SQL applications.

• Advanced Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedure, and performance tuning experience.

• Experience managing multiple SQL Server databases in large environments.

• Strong knowledge of .NET and legacy applications that interact with SQL.

• Working knowledge of Entity Framework and Team Foundation Server (TFS).

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
