At a high level, we need a candidate of extreme caliber someone who can:
- Assess and optimize existing Data Engineering processes within Client.
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI enablement, develop POCs, and drive successful implementation of those ideas.
- Bring strong problem-solving and innovation skills to the table, proactively identifying opportunities rather than waiting for direction.
- Collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders, including business teams, and build alignment around innovative solutions.
- Bring strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI / AI within Data Engineering, and AI solutions across SDLC.
- Have solid experience with Databricks and AWS Redshift.
This is a high-visibility role that requires someone who is a self-starter, highly motivated, and capable of operating independently with minimal hand-holding.
