Role Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake, SQL, ETL/ELT, Data Modelling, Database Design, and Medallion Architecture. The candidate should be experienced in building scalable data pipelines and working with cloud-based data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Snowflake-based data solutions and ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
- Develop complex SQL, Snowflake Scripting, Stored Procedures, Streams & Tasks.
- Implement CDC and incremental data processing.
- Design data models, schemas, fact/dimension tables, and SCD Type 1/2.
- Perform SQL/Snowflake performance tuning and production troubleshooting.
- Work with Snowpipe, Dynamic Tables, Stages, Views, and Materialized Views.
- Develop/support Streamlit applications with Snowflake.
- Work with Python/Snowpark and Azure Logic Apps.
- Implement data quality, auditing, reconciliation, security, and RBAC.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
