Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead data science enablement initiatives across business groups through training, coaching, and workshops to help stakeholders interpret and act on machine learning (ML) and analytics outputs.
- Convert AI and analytics products into governed, active business usage.
- Partner with senior data scientists to translate complex models, statistical outputs, and optimization recommendations into accessible language for executives and frontline users.
- Engage directly with leadership to advocate for AI and analytics products, framing them around business decisions and P&L impact to secure executive sponsorship for adoption.
- Build reusable enablement assets such as decision playbooks, model interpretation guides, prompt/skill libraries, templates, and accelerators to foster a self-sufficient user community.
- Coordinate delivery across the AI and analytics portfolio by partnering with data scientists, architects, business stakeholders, and IT to track adoption, manage dependencies, and support project management.
- Support governance and safe scaling by monitoring usage, ensuring correct interpretation and application of outputs, and stewarding underlying data assets.
- Uphold data quality, model governance, data security, and responsible use practices as model consumption grows.
- Drive adoption of data science, advanced analytics, or AI outputs in business settings.
- Facilitate workshops, map business decisions, and translate analytics outputs into actionable business steps.
- Communicate effectively with both executives and frontline users, operating credibly in a leadership-facing role.
- (Preferred) Ability to leverage AI tools and code in Python/SQL to explore data and prototype enablement assets.
- (Preferred) Experience in a Center of Excellence or enablement function scaling AI/analytics across an enterprise.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft AI and analytics stack (Power BI, Azure ML, Fabric, Purview, etc.) and experience operationalizing AI/analytics in domains such as automotive, distribution, or supply chain.
- (Preferred) Holds current Microsoft Learn credentials relevant to analytics and AI (e.g., PL-300, AI-900, DP-600, DP-100, AI-102).
