LHH is representing a growing distribution organization, seeking a Senior Data Analyst to transform complex operational data into actionable business insights. This position plays a critical role in supporting warehouse operations, transportation, inventory management, and executive decision-making through advanced analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide visibility into key operational and financial metrics.
Write complex SQL queries to extract, cleanse, analyze, and validate data from multiple systems and databases.
Analyze distribution, inventory, logistics, fulfillment, transportation, and customer service data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Partner with leadership and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights that support strategic objectives.
Build and maintain data models, KPIs, scorecards, and forecasting tools to measure operational performance.
Investigate data discrepancies and collaborate with IT and business teams to improve data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.
Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Support ad hoc reporting requests and special projects in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Mentor junior analysts and help establish analytics best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytics role.
Advanced proficiency with SQL, including complex queries, joins, stored procedures, and data manipulation.
Strong experience developing dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions in Power BI.
Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
Strong understanding of data modeling, data validation, and reporting best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in an ever-changing business environment.
Experience within distribution, logistics, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, or transportation industries is strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with ERP, WMS, TMS, or other operational systems.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Exposure to predictive analytics, forecasting, or statistical analysis.
Experience leading analytics projects and collaborating across multiple departments.
Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
