    Description

    Senior Data Quality Analyst

    The Senior Data Analyst drives data governance, data quality, and metadata management for the fraud data ecosystem, ensuring data is trusted, accurate, traceable, and fit for business use. This role manages Collibra governance assets, validates UAT and production data flows, and partners cross-functionally to strengthen controls across the project lifecycle. 

    Key Responsibilities and Duties 

    • Supports the Collibra data governance framework and data quality controls for the fraud data ecosystem. 

    • Manages metadata, business definitions, data lineage, and ownership documentation across fraud data sources. 

    • Identifies data quality gaps, governance risks, and control issues; recommends remediation and process improvements. 

    • Reviews UAT test scenarios, validates Kafka topics, and confirms accurate parsing to ESP before Go/No-Go approval. 

    • Performs post-production validation, live data monitoring, and integration checks to ensure dataset integrity. 

    • Analyzes data defects, performs root cause analysis, and partners with technology and business teams on resolution. 

    • Maintains governance documentation, DQ rules, control evidence, metadata records, and issue management reporting. 

    • Collaborates with Project Execution, Governance, Technology, and BAU teams to embed data standards and controls. 

    Educational Requirements

    • University (Degree) Preferred

    • 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred

    • 3+ years of Data Analysis and Data Profiling.
    • 3+ years of hands on SQL experience.
    • Experience in Data Governance.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience working with Collibra, Kafka and Tableau.
    • Experience performing data validation.
    • Experience working with AI/ML.
    • Collaboration and communication across teams and lines of business.
    • Good documentations skills.

    Base Pay Range: $81,100/yr - $108,000/yr

    Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
