Sr. Data AI Engineer

You'll be joining a small team rebuilding Westrock Coffee's operating system from the ground up on Palantir Foundry. This isn't a maintain-the-dashboard role--you'll architect core data pipelines, design ontology models, and ship AI-driven applications that change how our company operates.

Job Duties:

• 7-10 years of software engineering and development experience
• Strong engineering background, preferably in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, and Data Science
• Strong coder with shown proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar for data manipulation, scripting, model development, and application building
• Strong foundation in Machine Learning basics (Evaluation, Training, Problem Decomposition)
• In-office position in Little Rock, Arkansas Headquarters working in a collaborative Foundry Development Center
• Experience with Palantir Foundry is a strong plus, but we're equally interested in engineers who learn platforms fast and have built on complex data systems before
