Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years of IT Security / IAM / Directory Services experience; 10+ preferred
• Strong hands-on Active Directory (AD DS) experience, including:
  • Domain Controllers (architecture, design, deployment)
  • DNS
  • Replication and trusts
  • Group Policy (GPO)
• Hands-on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity
• Experience with directory synchronization technologies
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience
• Experience supporting on-premises and cloud directory services
• Strong knowledge of authentication protocols: LDAP/LDAPS, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, OIDC
• Experience troubleshooting complex authentication, directory synchronization, and identity issues
• Knowledge of AD security, privileged access controls, certificate management, and identity security
• Experience with system upgrades, patching, monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Enterprise-level 2nd/3rd level support and on-call support experience
• Bachelor's degree required
