Position Summary:
The Senior Customer Executive - East Commercialization & Distributor Development will drive execution and profitable growth across the Bays and Lender's Dairy Case portfolio throughout the Eastern United States. The role serves as the commercialization engine behind opportunities identified by customer-facing Customer Executives, partnering internally to convert customer opportunities into executable plans, successful launches, distribution gains, and sustainable growth. The position will support Customer Executives and Eastern grocery customers, while maintaining the direct customer call and business ownership for Northeast distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with customer-facing Customer Executives to evaluate, prioritize, commercialize, and execute Bays and Lender's Dairy Case growth opportunities across Eastern retail customers.
- Lead the internal commercialization process from opportunity identification through launch, including item setup, pricing, forecasting, production planning, customer readiness, and post-lau
