Are you energized by turning creative ambition into a system that reliably produces it? The Reputation Marketing & Insights Creative team is looking for a Sr Creative Program Manager to own the process and production layer of our operating model, systems, and output for how advertising creative actually gets made. You will report to the L7 Head of Creative, with a dotted line to the org-wide Operations lead. You will you translate org-level operational goals into a working creative production model, run it, and feed capacity, cost, and throughput signals back up to inform the broader strategy. Set the standards, process, and quality bar for our project management and production outputs

Provide the production-side inputs to org-level operations planning - capacity forecasts, cost-per-asset and throughput data, and resourcing tradeoffs - and translate those inputs into budget and resourcing decisions.

Own capacity and resource planning across the team and external partners - forecast demand, allocate against competing priorities, and make the tradeoff calls when demand exceeds capacity.

Select, implement, and own the systems and tooling that run creative production (project/asset management, workflow automation, reporting), and drive adoption across the team.

Establish the metrics that define production health - throughput, cycle time, on-time delivery, rework, cost per asset - and use them to drive measurable improvement.

    It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

    Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
