About the Role

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Coupa Consultant to support and enhance the organization''s Coupa platform, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and user adoption across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Contract Management, and Time & Expense functions. This role will be responsible for administering, configuring, and optimizing Coupa solutions to align with procurement and finance policies while driving process improvements and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and support Coupa P2P, Contract Management, and Time & Expense modules.
  • Ensure system configurations comply with corporate procurement, finance, and governance policies.
  • Maintain and update solution design documentation, incorporating enhancements, upgrades, and process changes.
  • Configure and optimize approval workflows, supplier catalogs, purchase order templates, expense categories, and contract templates.
  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including contract requests, authoring, negotiations, approvals, renewals, and compliance tracking.
  • Configure expense policies, audit controls, reimbursement workflows, and related reporting capabilities.
  • Lead testing and implementation for Coupa platform releases and upgrades, ensuring minimal business disruption and adoption of new functionality.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, sourcing, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, support end users, and drive continuous platform optimization.

Work Model

This is a remote position open to qualified applicants across Canada. Cognizant supports flexible work arrangements and promotes a healthy work-life balance through a variety of wellbeing programs.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting, configuring, or administering enterprise procurement, contract management, or financial systems, with significant Coupa experience preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Coupa Procure-to-Pay processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, catalogs, invoicing, supplier management, approvals, and workflow configuration.
  • Experience with Coupa Contract Management or contract lifecycle management processes, including contract creation, templates, approvals, renewals, and compliance controls.
  • Knowledge of ERP integrations between Coupa and enterprise systems such as SAP FI/MM, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of procurement operations, contract lifecycle management, expense management, governance controls, audit requirements, and compliance processes.
  • Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into scalable Coupa solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coupa Certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting Coupa administration, implementation, enhancements, or platform optimization initiatives.
  • Exposure to procurement transformation, spend management, supplier management, or finance modernization programs.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 08/30/2026.

The annual salary for this position is between $115,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
