Responsibilities: of the Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager: Lead the company's annual operating plan, long-range strategic planning, forecasting cycles, and month-end financial review activities across global finance teams. Develop executive-level financial presentations and reporting materials for senior leadership, board meetings, and key business reviews. Partner with finance leaders to establish performance targets, communicate deliverables, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives and deadlines. Analyze financial results, spending trends, cash flow projections, and balance sheet performance while providing actionable recommendations to improve outcomes. Drive reporting standardization, process improvements, and system enhancements through the use of planning and reporting platforms, including OneStream and SAP. Qualifications: of the Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; MBA and/or CPA preferred. 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience within a large public company environment, preferably supporting organizations with $3B+ in annual revenue. Proven background in corporate finance, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and partnering with senior executives on business strategy and performance initiatives. Hands-on experience with SAP, OneStream, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong financial modeling, analytical, and reporting capabilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, manage changing priorities, and clearly communicate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
