Job Title: Sr. Contracts Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA

The Contracts Sales Operations (CSO) team supports global business growth by overseeing the full governance and lifecycle of client contracts from intake and negotiation support through internal approvals, execution, audit, and reporting. The team s primary objective is to empower Account Executives and commercial partners by delivering a fast, accurate, and compliant contracting process. In close partnership with key stakeholders, the CSO team ensures the contract management cycle is efficient, consistent, and aligned with company policies and commercial priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner for assigned client contract requests, managing the end-to-end process from intake and stakeholder alignment to drafting, issuance, and execution.

  • Partner closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Finance, Audit, and Operations) to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and completed on time to support commercial objectives.

  • Manage post-execution activities including record maintenance, system updates, documentation control, and reporting to ensure audit-ready files and full contract visibility.

  • Maintain high-quality, timely contract data to support leadership reporting, forecasting, and operational planning.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline and standardize contracting workflows, improving speed, accuracy, and scalability.

  • Support special projects and regional or global initiatives, contributing to best-practice sharing and operational consistency.

  • Accurately maintain all contract data within the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, ensuring data integrity and effective use of CLM tools.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3 4+ years of contract management, contracts operations, or commercial operations experience, preferably within a large or complex organization.

  • Experience using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and e-signature platforms (e.g., Icertis, DocuSign, or similar).

  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively while collaborating across functions with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in payments, financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated industries.

  • Prior experience supporting enterprise sales or commercial contracting teams.

  • Demonstrated success driving operational efficiency and process transformation initiatives.
