As a Senior Consultant at every turn youll seek to further enhance our quality of delivery client satisfaction risk management profitability and client team effectiveness.

- Use knowledge of Program Management and effective project management skills to plan and lead work streams with small teams.

- IDEALLY WED LIKE
- 3 years of management consulting advisory professional services andor Big 4 consulting experience.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at various stages of completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of various technologies including applications and databases.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suites of products i.e. Visio Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc.
- Demonstrated proficiency in use of project planning tools MS Project Jira Version One etc.
- Proven success delivering projects in AgileScrum environment
- The ability to travel to fulfill client requirements and project needs and for personal development.
- An entrepreneurial mindset including an excellent ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact.
- An ability to authentically establish credibility build consensus and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
- A demonstrated track record of successfully working on large complex consulting engagements including roles that involved managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with professional staff senior level executives and the community at large.
- A bachelors degree from an accredited collegeuniversity. A masters degree andor applicable professional certifications are bonuses.
- Project Management Certification CAPM or PMP is a plus
