ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with senior-level client stakeholders to assess their absence management needs and design tailored solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on complex federal, state, and local leave regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, state-specific leave laws).
- Serve as a subject matter expert, advising clients on best practices and emerging trends in absence management.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of integrated absence programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals.
- Oversee the operational delivery of absence programs, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high-quality service.
- Manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to execute projects on time and within budget.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and proactively address potential compliance risks for clients.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with absence program administration and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- Analyze complex program data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and recommend enhancements.
- Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve program outcomes and efficiency.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead the resolution of escalated client issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
- Address root causes of recurring challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Contribute to the development of internal knowledge-sharing and training programs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes, tools, and methodologies to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation and efficiency in absence management practices.
