Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design end to end Java fullstack solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards and deliver robust performant and secure applications for critical business processes.
- Develop backend services using modern Java frameworks and patterns that ensure efficient data processing stable integrations and maintainable code structures for long term sustainability.
- Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces using contemporary frontend technologies that provide intuitive experiences and increase customer satisfaction across digital channels.
- Review application design and code produced by project teams to uphold high-quality standards and reduce production defects while promoting best practices in full stack development.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders and architects to translate complex requirements into technical designs that balance feasibility scalability and long-term maintainability.
- Optimize application performance by analyzing bottlenecks, refining queries and improving frontend and backend interactions to provide faster and more reliable user experiences.
- Coordinate with quality assurance and operations teams to enable smooth testing deployment and monitoring processes ensuring stable releases and quick recovery from incidents.
- Mentor junior developers and peers in Java full stack concepts, coding standards and troubleshooting approaches to build strong engineering capability within the project team.
