Senior Construction Manager / Construction Manager

What You'll Do:
️ Lead senior-level oversight and mentorship across construction program teams
️ Provide project/construction consultation on single major programs or multiple concurrent projects
️ Advise on business, technical, and personnel management across multidisciplinary teams
️ Report technical quality, cost, and schedule status to the Chief, FMS
️ Maintain daily progress and inspection reports; lead inspection and QA teams for project oversight
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture from an accredited university (may be substituted by 14 years of directly related experience)
10+ years of experience managing facility construction projects required for Senior level - less senior candidates also encouraged to apply
Strong knowledge of construction documents with superior management and communication skills
Experience with medical/healthcare facilities in the 180-250 bed range required
