Job Overview

As a Senior Manager in Compensation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping compensation strategy and driving decision-making across North America Operations and Procurement. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to provide expert guidance on job evaluations, market benchmarking, salary structure development, and incentive plan design. This role requires a blend of analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills to navigate complex situations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and administer compensation programs for salaried and hourly populations.
• Execute annual salary planning and incentive cycles.
• Oversee job evaluations for broad-based and executive positions.
• Ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and fiscal responsibility in line with our pay-for-performance philosophy.
• Participate in salary surveys and develop salary structures for multiple countries.
• Design and execute compensation-related training.
• Recommend policy changes to maintain compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of compensation experience with knowledge of Operations and Plant Manufacturing.
• In-depth technical knowledge of compensation theories, program design, and applicable laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence without direct authority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business-related software.

Preferences

• MBA or equivalent degree.
• People management experience.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or other HR certification.
