Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer compensation programs for salaried employees.
- Execute annual salary planning and incentive cycles.
- Perform and oversee job evaluations for broad-based and executive positions.
- Ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and fiscal responsibility aligned with our pay-for-performance philosophy.
- Oversee salary survey participation and salary structure development for multiple countries.
- Design and execute compensation-related training programs.
- Propose process improvements and recommend policy changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years of compensation experience.
- In-depth technical knowledge of compensation theories and principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software.
Preferences:
- MBA or equivalent degree.
- People Management experience.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or other HR certification.
