    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading strategic communication activities for TE's continuous improvement program within our Integrated Operations Network. The role requires to develop and execute internal communication plans across 2 segments, 2 sectors, 11 business units, and other global functions. We are seeking a proactive professional who embodies our Go Fast mindset, demonstrates strong personal ownership, brings a creative mindset, and collaborates effectively across global teams and functions in a global organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support comprehensive internal communication strategies, plans, and events aligned with organizational goals and values
    • Coordinate communication activities related to business updates, change initiatives, and employee engagement programs
    • Develop and publish content for a variety of internal channels, including newsletters, SharePoint pages, intranet articles, presentations, videos and digital signage
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather information, stories, and updates to communicate to the Integrated Operations Network and other TE audiences
    • Maintain consistency and quality in messaging while adapting communication style for different audiences and platforms
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives, gathering feedback and making recommendations for improvements
    • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in internal communications to continually improve strategies

    What your background should look like:

    • 3-5 years of experience in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
    • Fluent business English with excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
    • Experience working in international, matrixed organizations and across global stakeholder groups
    • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Knowledge of change communications and employee engagement principles
    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and digital communication tools
    • Experience in visual storytelling and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), with the ability to create visually compelling communication materials is a plus
    • Interest in lean management and continuous improvement
