We are seeking an experienced writer for Medicare member communications with a health insurance organization. This is a hybrid role in Detroit MI 1x a week.
Job Description:
Help produce CMS-required documents for our Medicare Advantage plan members and group customers.
Create documents according to a template, submit them in a workflow management system.
Collaborate with various areas to coordinate fulfillment.
Skills/Experience needed
Writing/editing background
High school and college
Experience work with project management team providing progress updates
Good communications skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments
Work with CMS-required documents
Work at health insurance organization and with Medicare Advantage
