Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience
  • Minimum 8 years of commercial banking experience

  • Strong credit analysis, financial statement analysis, and cash flow assessment skills

Description:
  • Manage and grow a commercial loan portfolio exceeding $90MM while maintaining strong credit quality and profitability objectives
  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and targeted business development activities
  • Maintain and expand a large deposit portfolio with emphasis on acquiring and retaining low-cost deposits
  • Conduct sales calls and relationship reviews with existing and prospective commercial clients
  • Analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, and other financial information to evaluate creditworthiness
  • Structure complex commercial lending and deposit solutions that balance client needs, risk management, and profitability goals
  • Prepare comprehensive loan presentations and recommendations for Loan Committee approval
  • Maintain ongoing portfolio quality through proper documentation, monitoring, compliance, and collection efforts when necessary
  • Utilize consultative sales techniques to deepen client relationships and identify opportunities across the bank's product suite
  • Collaborate with Treasury Management, Credit Administration, Retail Banking, Wealth Management, and other business units to deliver comprehensive client solutions
  • Monitor market conditions and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, risk management standards, and Bank Secrecy Act guidelines
  • Represent the organization at community events, networking functions, and industry activities to strengthen market presence
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to members of the Commercial Relationship Management team
  • Achieve annual production, portfolio growth, profitability, and client retention goals established by executive leadership
