    • A bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
    • Prior physician or provider recruitment experience.
    • Strong full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
    • The ability to build credibility and influence with physicians, medical directors, and senior leaders.
    • Strong judgment and decision-making skills when assessing candidate qualifications and organizational fit.
    • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
    • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and recruiting databases preferred.

    As a Senior Clinical Recruiter, you will serve as a strategic recruiting partner, driving physician recruitment efforts across an assigned region. This highly visible role combines relationship management, sourcing expertise, candidate engagement, and consultative partnership with operational and clinical leaders to ensure TeamHealth attracts and hires exceptional physician talent.

    What You'll Do:

    As a Senior Clinical Recruiter, you'll lead full-cycle physician recruitment efforts while serving as the primary recruiting resource for facility leadership teams across your region.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for physician vacancies across assigned facilities.
    • Partner closely with facility leadership, medical directors, and operational stakeholders to understand recruitment priorities and workforce needs.
    • Generate and cultivate physician leads through referrals, networking, conference participation, online sourcing, advertising, cold calling, and industry outreach.
    • Proactively engage physician candidates and manage the recruitment process from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding.
    • Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with TeamHealth and facility needs.
    • Coordinate physician interviews and facilitate communication between candidates, medical directors, and leadership teams.
    • Guide candidates through the hiring and contracting process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
    • Partner with Risk Management and support teams to collect required documentation, references, and credentials, and ensure compliance with onboarding requirements.
    • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within TeamHealth's applicant tracking and CRM systems.
    • Prepare recruiting reports, analytics, and presentations for regional meetings and leadership reviews.
    • Monitor physician staffing trends, market conditions, and competitive recruiting activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
    • Serve as a mentor and resource for newer recruiters by providing coaching, training, and feedback to support team success.
    • Support departmental goals and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
