    Highlights

Getting them to use the platform and realize value fast is the job, recommending the industry best practices that drive adoption, benchmarking a client against what you've seen work across hundreds of organizations, and helping them retire the workflows they built before Phreesia existed. Adoption is the whole job, and clients don't adopt what you can't explain — which means learning the configuration logic, what the platform can and can't do, and where a client's request meets a real constraint.

    Description

    Job Description:

    A bit about this team

Phreesia is a healthcare SaaS platform used by thousands of medical practices to manage patient intake, access, and billing. We're always building, and the product looks different every quarter.

Client Services is where that building meets reality.

When a healthcare organization signs with Phreesia, the first person they work with is on this team. You own the implementation: configuration, training, go-live, and the early proof that they made the right call. We're fast, and we work at it. Our time-to-live has consistently come down as we've built better tools, and the team has stayed ahead of it.

Many of our clients get to try Phreesia before they fully commit. That means the implementation isthe close. When you bring a client live well, they stay. Our conversion ratesits around 95%. Sales gets the signature. This team earns the stay.

This team sits within Client Solutions, alongside Client Success and Client Support. Thepeople who carry the relationship forward after go-live are your colleagues, not a downstream team you hand the client off to.

    What you'd own

End-to-end onboarding: from signed contract to confident go-live and optimization. You manage the timeline, the stakeholders, the configuration, and the training. Clients rely on you to tell them what good looks like, how similar organizations have solved the same problem, and when a request they're asking for won't actually serve them. You're the expert in the room.

The final mile of the sale: for free-trial clients, a smooth implementation is what converts them. Your work has a direct line to revenue.

Early adoption: getting clients live is step one. Getting them to use the platform and realize value fast is the job, recommending the industry best practices that drive adoption, benchmarking a client against what you've seen work across hundreds of organizations, and helping them retire the workflows they built before Phreesia existed.

The product frontier: every time Phreesia launches something new, this team is first to implement it. You'll know the product deeply because you have to, and you’ll have direct access to our product team.

The feedback loop: you'll see what breaks, what confuses clients, and what delights them before anyone else does. That intelligence shapes what we build next.

    The honest part

This is a high-output role. You'll manage multiple implementations at once, each with its own timeline and cast of stakeholders. Up to 50% travel is real. Healthcare organizations need you on-site for training and go-lives, particularly early in the relationship.

You also have to know the product technically. Adoption is the whole job, and clients don't adopt what you can't explain — which means learning the configuration logic, what the platform can and can't do, and where a client's request meets a real constraint. Configuration experience isn't a prerequisite. Building it is.

You'll also always be learning something new. Phreesia releases new features and products year-round, so the platform you train clients on in January is not the one you'll be training them on in April. If you want to master one thing and stay there, this probably isn't the right fit. If you want to be the person who knows the product better than almost anyone, because you've implemented it across hundreds of healthcare organizations, that's the edgeyou'll build here.

    Where this goes

We only hire into Client Solutions at this level. That'sdeliberate. Every path on this team runs through this role because there's no shortcut to the product depth and client trust you'll build in it.

The Director of Client Services who leads this team, Megan Flynn, started as an Implementation Associate. Nathan Newtonjoined as a Client Services Associate and is now a Manager leading our top enterprise clients. Both people are still here and are part of the interview process.

If you love implementations, you can go deep — both current Client Services Directors grew up in this work. If your instincts run toward long-term client strategy, the Client Success team sources exclusively from Client Services and is not looking anywhere else. If you develop strong product instincts from the frontlines, that path has led to Product Management too.

Your manager will build a development plan with you in your first month and revisit it as your interests sharpen.

    Ready?

If turning brand-new client relationships into lasting ones anddo it faster and better than anyone in the market, I'd like to talk.

Base salary: $85,000–$120,000 depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, flexible PTO, Summer Fridays, 401K.

    Every conversation is confidential.
