Salary Range: $130K PA to $162K PA with Benefits

Job Summary
The Senior Analyst II will support the implementation, integration, configuration, and post-go-live support of SAP SuccessFactors within an SAP S/4HANA environment. This role will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external partners to support HR systems, integrations, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

1. Lead business systems analysis for SAP SuccessFactors implementation and rollout.
2. Support configuration and administration of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, and Reporting.
3. Gather business requirements and document functional specifications and HR processes.
4. Support SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA integrations involving employee data, organizational structures, cost centers, payroll, and time management.
5. Collaborate with technical teams on SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and other integration solutions.
6. Provide post-go-live, hypercare, and ongoing production support.
7. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions.
8. Support system enhancements, releases, change requests, testing, and deployments.
9. Lead requirements workshops, process mapping, solution reviews, and UAT activities.
10. Maintain system documentation, process flows, and support procedures.
11. Support security, access controls, SOX, GDPR, audit, and change management requirements.
12. Participate in cutover planning, data migration validation, and hypercare activities.
13. Manage HRIS projects, interfaces, workflows, reporting, and system enhancements.
14. Maintain HR data integrity and support HR reporting and dashboards.
15. Develop project plans and monitor project progress.
16. Provide system training and support to HR users.
17. Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and external system integrators.

Required Qualifications

1. 8+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
2. Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors implementation and post-go-live support.
3. Strong knowledge of Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.
4. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors integrations.
5. Experience with global HR deployments and multi-country configurations.
6. Knowledge of Payroll, Time Management, and third-party payroll integrations.
7. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
8. Experience with hypercare and long-term application support.
9. SAP SuccessFactors certification(s).
10. Strong business analysis, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
11. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
12. Bachelor's degree required.
