This team is aimed at unlocking value for all Customer Management programs in Business Cards and Payments through robust credit analytics, valuations modeling, monitoring, and systemization of credit infrastructure. . As a Sr. Business Director, you will help senior business leaders make better decisions and help develop longer-term business strategies. Youll lead a team of business analysts and data scientists . in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibility, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation.

General Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
• At least 5 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
• At least 3 years of experience performing people management
• At least 3 years of experience performing project management
Preferred Qualifications:
• Masters Degree
• 5+ years of experience in people management
• 3+ years of experience in product development
• 3+ years of experience in financial modeling
• 3+ years of experience in economic forecasting

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 for Sr Business Director
New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700 for Sr Business Director
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
