Amazon Publisher Monetization Device advertising team is responsible for developing and delivering a suite of demand products that enable advertisers to buy media across our networks of publishers and devices. As our business expands, we are introducing new ad capabilities, inventory supply and measurement technologies that span multiple teams within Amazon.

We are seeking a Sr. Tech Business Developer to drive the launch and growth of our key advertising initiatives. This individual will serve as the general manager for the respective initiative, leading expansion into new customer segments and into new markets while driving revenue growth for Amazon Devices. They will be responsible for scaling existing customer channels, identifying new business opportunities, and leading strategic planning efforts.

This includes influencing sales and account planning, providing business inputs into go-to-market strategies, and shaping product and packaging offerings in collaboration with Sales and Finance teams.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a business plan focused on demand generation and adoption strategies, working closely with key stakeholders across business teams. • Identify and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth, efficiency, and scale within the device display advertising business. • Define business goals based on market segmentation and customer insights. • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, program, and engineering teams to address customer needs and achieve revenue targets. • Lead the day-to-day health of the business, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic objectives. • Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership to drive business growth and optimization. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine and enhance products/services based on market feedback. • Set forth mechanisms to track adoption goals, set efficient sales motions to achieve desired outcomes. • Prepare and present monthly business reviews on roadmap updates, strategic business inputs, output metrics, adoption goals, and financial performance. • Define and analyze key business metrics to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
