Sr. Business Analyst with CBAP Certification

Creating and maintaining software development artifacts for communication of requirements, including context diagrams, use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications. Ability to analyze a business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business, processes, or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.

• Ability to analyze a business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business, processes, or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.
• Ability to analyze the stakeholder’s business needs using a variety of business analysis techniques and converting those into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development.
• Creating and maintaining software development artifacts for communication of requirements, including context diagrams, use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications.
• Creating test plans and test cases and working with users on User Acceptance Testing
• Ability to manage requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle, including the creation and execution of a Requirements Management Plan, requirements traceability, baselines, and requirements change control.
• Ability to work closely with application architects and development teams to ensure appropriate technologies are leveraged and solutions are supportable.
  CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by theInternational Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).

Requirements

• Bachelor of degree in computer or any related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in the said role.
• CBAP (Certified BusinessAnalysis Professional) certification by the International Institute ofBusiness Analysis (IIBA).
