Sr. BIM/VDC Coordinator, Steel - Seabrook, TX

We're hiring a Senior BIM/VDC Coordinator for structural steel projects near Seabrook. You'll lead 3D modeling and digital coordination, tying together the field, the shop, and the design team to catch clashes before they become costly fixes.

The role

• Lead coordination meetings with trades and engineers and run clash detection
• Mentor other modelers and drive VDC process improvements
• Keep models, project files, and standards organized and current
• Create and manage 3D models in Tekla Structures, Navisworks, and Revit
• Back detailing, fabrication, and erection teams with model-based workflows

About you

• Hands-on experience with Tekla, Navisworks, and/or Revit
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• 5+ years of BIM/VDC experience in steel, construction, or engineering
• Understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection

Compensation & benefits

• $100K–$130K based on experience
• Benefits package
