Sr. BIM/VDC Coordinator, Steel Projects - Manvel

Manvel-area structural steel projects need a Senior BIM/VDC Coordinator. You'll lead 3D modeling and digital coordination, connecting the shop, the design team, and the field so clashes are resolved before they become costly fixes.

Your role

• Build and manage 3D models in Tekla Structures, Navisworks, and Revit
• Back erection, detailing, and fabrication teams with model-based workflows
• Lead coordination meetings with trades and engineers and run clash detection
• Drive VDC process improvements and mentor other modelers
• Keep models, standards, and project files organized and current

Your background

• 5+ years of BIM/VDC experience in steel, construction, or engineering
• Understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Hands-on experience with Tekla, Navisworks, and/or Revit

Compensation & benefits

• $100K–$130K based on experience
