Sr. BIM/VDC Coordinator - Steel - League City TX

Lead the digital side of structural steel projects as a Senior BIM/VDC Coordinator in the League City area. You'll own 3D modeling and coordination, connect the shop, field, and design team, and spot clashes before they become costly problems.

In this role, you will:

• Run clash detection and lead coordination meetings with engineers and trades
• Mentor fellow modelers and lead improvements to VDC processes
• Build and maintain 3D models in Tekla Structures, Navisworks, and Revit
• Help the detailing, fabrication, and erection teams work from the model
• Keep project files, standards, and models organized and up to date

You should have:

• Hands-on Tekla, Navisworks, and/or Revit experience
• At least 5 years of BIM/VDC work in steel, construction, or engineering
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Working knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection

Compensation & benefits

• $100K–$130K based on experience
