Sr. BIM Specialist – Revit/Navisworks

Busy specialty construction firm has an opening for a Sr. BIM Specialist. Direct-hire position with competitive benefits!

Duties:
* Develop detailed 3D models using Revit
* Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop accurate and detailed BIM models
* Utilize BIM models to create 2D and 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs
* Collaborate with project team members to integrate design into a unified BIM model
* Update/maintain BIM models throughout project lifecycle

Requirements:
* Proficiency in BIM software tools (Revit, Navisworks and/or AutoCAD) required
* Understanding of building systems and construction methodologies required
* Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents
* Familiarity with construction industry standards and BIM protocols (COBie, IFC, BIM Execution Plans)
