About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Benefits Analyst to support all U.S. benefits programs for approximately 5,700 employees. This is a high-visibility role with significant exposure to senior leadership and a clear path toward future management responsibilities as part of a long-term succession plan.
Key Responsibilities
Administer U.S. benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and leaves of absence
Manage FMLA, ADA, and leave administration processes
Serve as a trusted resource for employees, managers, and leadership
Partner with vendors and HR stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence
Analyze benefits data and support reporting using Excel
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of benefits administration experience
Strong knowledge of benefits, FMLA, ADA, and leave management
Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
Workday experience preferred
Strong communication, professionalism, and executive presence
