    Description

    Our client, a leading Financial Services institution, has engaged us to help make a critical hire on their internal recruitment team in Dallas, TX. This role will play a key part in talent acquisition, sourcing, strategy, and the growth of the firm's most critical funcitons, across both revenue generating and non-revenue generating roles.

    The right candidate should have at least 4 years of full cycle recruitment experience, ideally in an agency environment. This team requires not only a strong ability to identify, source, and manage exceptional talent across technical skillsets, but the ability to work alongside senior stakeholders to help attract candidates, improve the recruitment process, and develop a talent strategy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify, contact, and attract high quality candidates across several verticals including Risk, Audit, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Private Banking
    • Leverage all available platforms to source niche, passive talent aligned with various role requirements, including internal ATS (applicant tracking system), LinkedIn, Indeedn, etc.
    • Screen applicants via internal job postings for relevance and present accordingly
    • Work alongside business unit heads to map the talent market, provide insight on recruitment process & strategy, and improve talent acquisition
    • Manage recruitment agency relationships & engagements

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years technical recruitment experience (agency preferred, but internal talent acquisition at a financial services institution is applicable)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to interface with senior leaders to manage and improve the recruitment process
    • Fundamental knowledge of the financial services industry & relevant skillsets
    • Experience working with ATS (Workday, Greenhouse, Oracle, etc.)
