The Sr. Associate - Portfolio Financial Operations will manage financial operations for property portfolios, ensuring accurate reporting and strengthen the financial performance of the company's affordable housing portfolio.

• Oversee financial reporting for property portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze portfolio performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit materials.
• Optimize financial workflows and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Provide training and support for junior staff as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and financial practices.

Profile

A successful Sr. Associate - Portfolio Financial Operations should have:

• 3-5 years of accounting or finance experience
• CPA license preferred
• Public accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy.
• Real estate or investment management experience a plus
