Legal: Sullivan & Cromwell LLP seeks Sr Assoc., Mergers & Acquisitions, General Practice Group, in NY, NY under supervision of partners: directly conduct, as well as supervise research, due diligence, & info mgmt. Req'mts: JD or foreign equiv & 4 yrs of exp at int'l law firm: working on corp legal transactions, incorporating documentation & other legal docs rel. to corp transactional law researching, anlyzg, reviewing & drafting memoranda, contracts & other agreements & legal docs relating to corp transactions, rel. to priv equity & public M&A; implementing project mgmt strategies to organize outstanding items & manage different workflows; applying legal analysis to identify legal issues & providing solutions; & advising corp clients on applicable laws & regulations rel. to legal & regulatory compliance as they apply to bus. transactions. Must be admitted to practice law in NY. Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site.
