Akkodis is seeking a Sr Applications Development Analyst for a Contract with a client in Richardson, TX. The ideal candidate will drive the design, deployment, and support of secure IT/OT network infrastructure that enables advanced semiconductor manufacturing operations and automation.
Rate Range: $70/Hour to $72/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Sr Applications Development Analyst Responsibilities include:
Design, deploy, and support IT/OT network infrastructure for mission-critical semiconductor manufacturing operations.
Provide operational support for Cisco-based LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and industrial network environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve network performance, connectivity, and security issues across manufacturing and business systems.
Develop and implement Special Use Networks (SUN) to enhance network segmentation, resilience, and cybersecurity.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and corporate IT teams to support equipment integration and factory automation initiatives.
Monitor network health, maintain technical documentation, and ensure high availability through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise and industrial network infrastructure within manufacturing or site environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and network security.
Experience supporting IT/OT environments, factory floor networking, network segmentation, and semiconductor or advanced manufacturing operations.

Pay Details: $70.00 to $72.00 per hour
