IT/Sr Application Services Analyst

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 DOE

Seeking an experienced IT/Sr Application Services Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize healthcare applications in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as a subject matter expert for application analysis, design, implementation, and support, with a focus on Epic and related systems.

Responsibilities: • Analyze business and clinical workflows to identify system improvements

• Configure, support, and troubleshoot applications and interfaces

• Test upgrades, enhancements, and system changes

• Develop and maintain technical documentation

• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to improve efficiency and patient care

• Mentor junior analysts and support technology initiatives

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 4+ years of application analysis, implementation, or support experience

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Epic and healthcare IT experience preferred

• Epic certification required or obtainable within required timelines
