Job Summary:This role requires an experienced engineer to lead the troubleshooting and support of various analytical equipment vital to manufacturing operations. You will ensure equipment uptime, enhance reliability, and manage all aspects of equipment maintenance and documentation. The position involves cross-functional collaboration and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve issues with diverse analytical instruments.
- Coordinate with external vendors for equipment support and repairs.
- Oversee commissioning, qualification, and validation projects.
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules and spare parts inventory.
- Contribute to GMP documentation and continuous improvement efforts.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven expertise in analytical equipment troubleshooting.
- Strong experience in manufacturing support.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage and drive tasks.
This role requires experience within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, specifically with analytical equipment used in a GMP environment.
