    Why You’ll Love It Here

    • Work directly with the CFO and gain visibility into executive-level decision-making.

    • Help build and strengthen a growing Corporate FP&A function with opportunities to improve tools, reporting, and processes.

    Your Impact

    • Build and maintain consolidated financial models across approximately 15 resort properties, incorporating key revenue, occupancy, pricing, and cost drivers.
    • Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year results, providing clear narratives for property leaders and executives.

    • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; familiarity with consumer receivables and collections analytics is a plus.
