Position Overview
Reporting to Corporate Finance leadership, the Senior Analyst will play a critical role in supporting capital raising initiatives, financial modeling, treasury activities, and strategic financing analysis tied to a major LNG development project.
This individual will contribute to evaluating financing structures, supporting lender and investor diligence processes, and developing sophisticated financial models that drive critical business decisions.

Position Overview
Reporting to Corporate Finance leadership, the Senior Analyst will play a critical role in supporting capital raising initiatives, financial modeling, treasury activities, and strategic financing analysis tied to a major LNG development project.
This individual will contribute to evaluating financing structures, supporting lender and investor diligence processes, and developing sophisticated financial models that drive critical business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models supporting project finance and corporate financing initiatives
- Analyze capital structure scenarios, including debt and equity alternatives, to support long-term value creation
- Support financing processes and assist with lender and investor due diligence efforts
- Prepare materials and analysis for financial institutions, rating agencies, and executive stakeholders
- Assist in the review and coordination of financing-related documentation, presentations, and transaction materials
- Monitor interest rate exposure and support treasury and cash management activities
- Contribute to borrowing analyses, cash reporting, and compliance tracking
- Partner cross-functionally with internal leadership and external advisors on strategic initiatives
