Pay Range: $58 - $62/hr.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in a Marketing Analytics role.
- Experience owning Analytics Operations processes, including project management, data governance, and process design.
- Experience with Airtable and/or similar tools for work management and process development.
- Experience with SQL and downstream data applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Databricks, dbt, and/or Atlan.
- Ability to understand the context of data and how it can inform business analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize sophisticated information and convey complex ideas in an accessible manner.
- Intrapreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor s degree or professional equivalent.
- Experience in marketing analytics within a cross-functional Agile team or similar methodology.
- Experience using web analytics tools to analyze, test, and optimize work.
- Knowledge of different marketing channels and their role.
- Experience with enterprise data tools and associated languages such as Databricks or Snowflake, dbt, and SQL.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience owning projects, interfacing with stakeholders, and operating autonomously.
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
Job Summary
Help drive the operational excellence of the analytics function by partnering with stakeholders across the organization to improve how analytics work is prioritized, delivered, governed, and adopted. Identify opportunities to enhance team effectiveness, streamline processes, improve documentation, and ensure analytics resources are aligned to the highest-impact business priorities.
Job Responsibilities
- Support critical reporting workstreams for organization-level and executive-level reporting, particularly related to Marketing s impact on institutional demand.
- Help facilitate the rollout of the organization-wide measurement framework, including enabling teams to document and measure projects according to established standards.
- Monitor and report on performance using data visualization, decks, and other forms of communication.
- Work with Analytics, IT, and Marketing stakeholders to build, optimize, scale, and manage the Business Intelligence ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency/vendor partners.
- Champion a hybrid Service/Self-Service analytics model within M&C and educate peers while building solutions.
- Manage workspaces, data refresh, dataflow creation, and ongoing improvements to data processing efficiency, including automation where possible.
- Improve the taxonomy, process, and technical infrastructure supporting data work across the organization.
