Sr AI Engineer

We are looking for a strong Software Engineer with hands-on experience leveraging GenAI and agentic development tools to enhance the software development lifecycle. This role focuses on building high-quality applications while using AI as a force multiplier across coding, testing, debugging, documentation and modernization.

Location: Onsite - San Francisco, CA / Dallas, TX / Austin, TX

We are looking for a strong Software Engineer with hands-on experience leveraging GenAI and agentic development tools to enhance the software development lifecycle.

This role focuses on building high-quality applications while using AI as a force multiplier across coding, testing, debugging, documentation and modernization.


Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain software applications
• Leverage GenAI tools for coding, testing, debugging and documentation
• Create effective prompts and workflows for AI agents
• Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, security and performance
• Generate and improve test coverage (unit, integration, regression)
• Refactor and modernize legacy systems using AI-assisted approaches
• Participate in architecture, design discussions and code reviews
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled engineering practices
  
  

Required Skills

• 
  Strong programming in one or more: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, C#
• Solid computer science and software engineering fundamentals
• Experience with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, CI/CD and testing frameworks
• Hands-on experience with GenAI coding tools
• Ability to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs
• Strong focus on secure, scalable and maintainable code
